When the sun shines at Fishcombe Cove you can be mistaken for being abroad with its incredibly clear and calm waters and lush surroundings. The sheltered cove makes for a safe place for swimming and you’ll often spot the odd seal! Boats and yachts often moor here to experience the relaxing vibe that oozes from this delightful little cove.

You’ll find the seasonal Fishcombe Cove Cafe situated here. An alfresco beach hut cafe selling delicious cakes, cream teas along with freshly ground coffee. All food is sourced locally and home made where possible.
The team at the Fishcombe Cove Cafe add another dimension to this beautiful spot by not only serving up some fantastic delights from the beach hut, but also by running various events, activities and themes throughout the season.

Enjoying burger night at Fishcombe Cove Cafe
Eat a burger (or several in my case) and watch the sunset at Fishcombe, both vegan and meat options available! A few other examples of previous events being; Party on the Cove DJ set, Sound Bath Therapy and Swim, Discovering Jellyfish Talk, Fishcombe Cove presents Jack Wotton and Milo Griffiths and many other treats that add to the tranquil vibe of Fishcombe.

A great spot for Paddleboarding, kyaking and snorkeling
For the stand-up paddleboarder, Fishcombe cove is easy to access. There are steps down from the nearby historic battery gardens and a short road down to the beach for pedestrian use. This sheltered cove is ideal for SUP and kayak lovers and the clear waters are great for snorkeling. Spend enough time lazing around on your board and you may well get some quality time with an inquisitive seal!

Lets face it, nothing beats a chilled-out day at the beach and Fishcombe Cove Brixham has certainly got that vibe going on. Be sure to plan a trip on your next visit, the cove never disappoints.
