Breakwater beach Brixham with its clear waters and ease of access, is a popular place for swimming and water sports such as paddleboarding. With parking in very close proximity to the water, it’s easy to get any gear that you need onto the beach. If you’re fortunate enough, you may even get to see the Brixham Mermaids (featured in the above picture) take a dip, with Breakwater being one of their most frequented spots.
Where to find Breakwater Beach, Brixham
The beach is right next to Brixham’s bustling harbour side, just follow the promenade past the marina and it’s right next to the Breakwater. Car access is from the main road to Berry Head, the car park is called ‘The Breakwater Car Park’.
